As someone in the Web industry I don’t feel many of us are really in it for the money although it is a nice perk. I think we are just a new generation of free thinkers and artists however our art is beautiful UX/UI, Ideas, and code. Personally I don’t even have a license, anywhere I go is either by bike or by transit. I’m also in love with modern art. I don’t see why being an artist means that you have to make little to no income and only create certain types of art that reach a smaller amount of people.
