Does anyone know anything about this bike? I didn’t want to categories it Made In USA or Vintage, until I knew a bit more. The threadless stem is really throwing me for a loop. Who knows…may not be made in a America and it may be brand new but I doubt it.

I took the photo. A friend was racing it at Kenosha that day. I was told it was an aluminum Eisentraut. Is that possible? “REVOLUTION” refers to Revolution Cycles of Madison WI.
To be clear, Revolution Cycles is a repair shop in Madison, and is not responsible for building the frame.
